Digniora had previously implemented Sales Force to manage their Customer, Prospects and Partner data. However a growing prospect list and increased order volumes necessitated the need to implement a single solution, which would consolidate their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements and finance function.
Following a review of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) market, NetSuite was considered to be the preferred solution. Catalyst IT was also identified by NetSuite as the UK partner with the level of knowledge and expertise required to deliver the configuration and deploy the entire solution for Digniora.
Working closely with Digniora, Catalyst IT initially implemented an out of the box configuration of the NetSuite solution. Once achieved, Catalyst IT tailored the solution to accelerate and improve the performance of Digniora further and the out of the box configuration naturally transitioned to a more bespoke solution. This solution fully supports multi-warehouse cross docking, stock control and HTML outputs.
By implementing NetSuite, Digniora has dramatically increased the efficiency and successful management of its business processes. Improvements include the development of a smart phone app enabling ‘on-the-go’ access to prospect and customer details through to information on end-to-end order delivery. The possibility for NetSuite to develop and expand further in line with increasing requirements undoubtedly demonstrates that the system is a perfect match for Digniora as it grows exponentially.
