Choose when files are deleted, saving on storage space


NetSuite provides free of charge space within the NetSuite filing cabinet, depending on the level of your subscription. This ensures that you won’t pay for storage you don’t need. However, without a setting or preference to manage how long files can be kept for, over time, storage can build up, which might take your account over its approved limit.

Whilst manually going through files to decide what you can delete or purchasing additional storage capacity are also not obvious solutions.

Our solution has a scheduled process to automatically deletes any file which is a set number of days old. This process works either on a folder-by-folder basis, or the entire file cabinet, allowing a single date rule to be applied or by applying a date range per folder.
