Catalyst’s commitment to you, our customers

The current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, which began in December 2019, presents a significant challenge across the globe. Whilst everybody continues to navigate this uncertainty, we are committed to supporting your business throughout the pandemic, providing continuity of service at all times.

We already have in place numerous remote working agreements relating to inflight projects, so that we continue to make progress and meet previously agreed deadlines and objectives.

Operating in accordance with guidance from government and public health authorities, we continue to monitor the situation and can currently visit those customers who have agreed meetings and access to site. However, should this change, we have extensive online collaboration capabilities for our Team to communicate with you.

The health and safety of our staff and customers will always be our number one priority. We are fortunate in our business, as we can operate remotely via the telephone and email. Therefore, be assured that remote support via the support desk is very much business as usual.
